My background is rooted in investments, portfolio management, finance and business ownership, including two decades in the automotive business, from the sales floor to owning and operating a successful dealership. Negotiating high-value transactions isn't new to me; only the industry is.
Then my family and I restored our 1911 Samuel Maclure residence, a project featured in Boulevard Magazine, and I found the work I was meant to do: understanding not just what a home is worth today, but how to position it, and what it could become in the right hands.
That is what I bring to every client, a negotiator's discipline, an investor's understanding of value, an owner's eye for potential, and a genuine knowledge of the neighbourhoods I work in.
